RoleDawn turns public job postings into hiring signals for B2B sales teams and recruiters: which companies just posted in a role family we had not seen on their board before, and which teams are suddenly hiring much faster.
Why it exists
When a company opens a new function — its first RevOps, security or data role — it is often about to set up new processes and tools. Sales teams and recruiters want to know about that early, but the usual sources are expensive, built on personal contact data, or only show headcount after the fact. Job postings are public, dated and published by the companies themselves, so they are a cleaner starting point. Signals indicate intent, not proof of budget.
Why you can check the data before trusting it
- Public sources only: postings from companies' own Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee and Workday boards. Every signal links to the original posting.
- Re-checked daily: each tracked board is read about once a day.
- Measured accuracy: on 2026-10-05, in a blind test of 579 randomly sampled live job titles, 87% of the 516 titles we classified matched a reviewed reference label. We publish the method and the limits.
- Labelled evidence: each signal says whether it was observed or inferred, and inferred signals are off by default in alerts.
- Corrections: report a wrong classification or signal; we fix the rule and recompute.
