What happens when my trial ends?
Alerts pause and nothing is charged. Your monitors are kept, so picking a plan turns them straight back on.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your dashboard: Plan & billing → Manage / cancel subscription opens the billing portal of Dodo Payments, where you can cancel in a few clicks. You can also ask through the contact form. If you cancel at the end of the billing period, you keep access until then.
How does the founding price work?
The first 10 paying customers get Pro for $49/mo instead of $99, for as long as they stay subscribed. It's available while you're on your 14-day free trial: subscribe to Pro from your dashboard and the code FOUNDING50 is applied automatically (or enter it at checkout). The counter above shows how many founding spots are left, live.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Ask through the contact form and we'll switch you over.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. Monthly only, so you're never locked in.
Who processes payments?
Dodo Payments, as Merchant of Record. They handle cards, invoices and sales tax/VAT.
Is there a free plan?
The public pages and the weekly reports are free forever. Alerts filtered to your ICP need a plan.
