Refund Policy

Simple and fair: try RoleDawn free for 14 days, and if the first paid month isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying.

1. Free trial first

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment card is needed to start it and you are not charged during the trial, so you can evaluate RoleDawn before paying anything.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of that payment, for any reason — no questions asked. The refund is issued to the original payment method by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, and your subscription is cancelled.

3. After the first 14 days

Subscriptions are monthly and you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, no further renewals are charged and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for the current (already started) billing period or for partially used months after the 14-day window, except where required by law or where we discontinue the Service (see our Terms of Service).

4. Billing errors

If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a renewal after you had already cancelled — contact us and we will correct it and refund the erroneous amount.

5. How to request a refund

Send a request through https://roledawn.com/contact and choose the Billing topic. Please include the email address of your RoleDawn account and, if possible, the order or invoice ID from your Dodo Payments receipt. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed through Dodo Payments; depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the money to appear.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
