Why first hires matter

New function = new budget

The first RevOps hire re-platforms the CRM. The first security engineer buys SIEM and SOC 2 tooling. The first data engineer picks the warehouse. Reach them in their first 90 days, before the stack is chosen.

Surges reveal momentum

A sales team doubling in 30 days means fresh funding or a new market. That is when sales tools, enablement, recruiting agencies and office vendors get bought.

Clean, compliant data

Signals come only from postings companies publish themselves on their ATS. No LinkedIn scraping, no personal emails or phone numbers — just the company-level signal and a link to the posting.

How it works

1

We crawl public ATS boards

Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee and Workday — every company, every day.

2

Titles become role families

"Sr. GTM Systems Analyst" and "Salesforce Admin" both become RevOps. 41 families from Security to DevRel.

3

You get the signals that match

Save monitors by role family, region, keyword or account list. Get a Slack message or email digest every morning, export CSV anytime.

FAQ

Where does the data come from?

Only from job postings that companies publish on their own public applicant-tracking-system (ATS) boards — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee and Workday. We do not scrape LinkedIn and we never sell personal contact information.

What exactly is a "first hire" signal?

We keep a history of every role family a company has ever posted. When a company posts in a family it has never posted before — its first RevOps manager, first security engineer, first data engineer — we flag it. On a company's first crawl we can only infer this from posting dates, and those signals are labelled "inferred".

What is a "surge"?

A role family whose new postings in the last 30 days are at least double the previous 30 days, with at least 3 new roles. It usually means a new team, a new office or fresh funding.

How fresh are the signals?

Every tracked company is re-checked roughly once a day. Digests go out every morning (UTC) to Slack and/or email.

Who is this for?

Small sales teams selling GTM, developer, security, data and HR software, and recruiting agencies looking for companies about to build a new function.

Can I track specific companies?

Yes. Each monitor can be limited to a list of companies, role families, locations and title keywords. Missing a company? Send its careers page through our contact form and we will add it.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel from the billing section of your dashboard or through our contact form, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If the first paid month is not right for you, request a full refund through our contact form within 14 days of your first payment. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record.

How do I contact support?

Use our contact form for billing questions, bug reports and feature requests. We reply by email within 1–2 business days.
